My weight lost story July 8, 2015
I’m 12. I
need to lose weight. I’m 4’’11 and 140lbs approximately. I should only be about
100-120lbs so I need to lose 20-30 pounds. Usually I’m a fast eater. I eat fast
and then before digesting eat more. I’m also one of those kids who lick the
pudding cup clean. So I’ve decided that things need to change. I’m going to
start next Monday on a diet plan but record everything I eat until the and
after I start.
I’ve being doing some research so I could have
as much knowledge as possible and there is a muscle type thing known as the leptin. This word comes from the word thin in lain. If you have
high leptin levels u will most likely be able to
lose weight faster. But leptin is supposed to help u survive longer without as
much calories so you could starve yourself or work really hard and you wont loose
a pound. :( so I've found that by going on a diet you lose leptin levels making it harder to lose weight because your calorie intake is lower than normal. Then by having a cheat day you are able to boost your leptin level and lose more weight. to end for today i want to tell you what ive done so far today.which is,i slept in late today until noon. i had lunch - a spicy chicken patty and a bowl of mac&cheese the a snack- peach yoguart.
